Make a reservation here and you’re guaranteed a fantastic view of Manhattan’s west side and the Hudson River.
Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, Peak features a 110-seat dining room, a 45-seat cocktail bar called Peak Lounge, a private dining room, and an event space for up to 300 people. It also includes Peakaboo, a “stylish, upscale nightspot offering a unique nightlife experience complete with bar, DJ sets, and sweeping views.”
The restaurant is headed up by executive chef Chris Cryer (formerly executive chef of Seamore’s), who serves up a delicious, sustainable food menu, craft cocktails, fine wines, and rare spirits. Additional personnel includes general manager Chris Nelson (formerly of Union Square Cafe) and beverage director Zack Kameron (formerly the head sommelier at A Voce Columbus).

Though the view is enough of a draw, menu highlights include Maine lobster, filet mignon, and lumaconi pasta with morels and camembert. To finish the meal with a chocolate mousse or pistachio gelato with cherry granita while looking out over a lit-up Manhattan is one of the most covetable experiences in New York.
As for Hudson Yards, in general, the development houses some other luxurious businesses like the Equinox Hotel, boasting an outdoor heated pool and sauna that you can access with a day pass.
