Badlands National Park in South Dakota is the most wheelchair-friendly national park in the United States. The park, known for its geologic deposits and mixed-grass prairie lands, has three wheelchair-friendly trails, which account for more than 17% of all its trails, according to a new study by Aging in Place. The park also accommodates wheelchairs in 92.3% of its restaurants, giving it a total accessibility score of 9.31, per the study....

When Harper Goff, an illustrator and production designer for Walt Disney, was asked in 1951 to draw up plans for a section of the company’s new California theme park, he thought back to his childhood home: Fort Collins, Colorado. Frontier Airlines put a million seats on sale on Thursday to destinations throughout the United States starting as low as $19. The sale, which must be booked by 11:59 p.m. ET on Aug. 1, is valid on domestic non-stop travel on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays through Oct. 5, according to the airline.
