Griscavage excels at complex, multicountry itineraries in Europe. What keeps the trips from feeling overwhelming is a balance between engagement and relaxation. After arranging sightseeing in Rome, she makes sure to send clients to Positano for some beach time.
“Europe came back with a vengeance this year!” Griscavage says. Last summer, she helped a family of six on a comprehensive Ireland tour, beginning in Dublin with the classic sights, before heading to the harbor town of Cobh, which was the emigration point for over a million Irish and the last port of call for the ocean liner Titanic. The next day they embarked on one of the most famous scenic drives in the world, The Ring of Kerry.
“This runs around the Iveragh Peninsula and features some of Ireland’s greatest mountain and coastal scenery,” Griscavage says. Finally, they wrapped up with a few days of pampering at Ashford Castle. “This is a perfect destination for families, as there is no shortage of activities to experience. Some activities include falconry, tennis, tree climbing, cycling, archery, clay shooting, and much more. This was the perfect ending to their vacation.”

“Jessica has been our travel agent for many years and and is always available to provide the most amazing service. She knows our travel style, needs, and interests intimately (and remembers our puppies at Christmas)! The basics like air travel, drivers, and special restaurant reservations are quickly taken care of. But Jessica doesn’t stop there—she finds awesome guides to help us intimately explore each destination.
For example, our guide to Antrim and Giant’s Causeway in Ireland was an extra on Game of Thrones, which certainly added fun to that day. But nothing will surpass the bespoke tour that Jessica crafted for us in Africa. We visited four very different safari camps in Tanzania and Kenya, a tour that started in a treehouse lodge on the middle of the Zambezi River and ended on the Masai Mara in Kenya. Every single detail was thought of. We were met at every airport and escorted to our gates. Private planes were lined up to take us between several of the camps. And Jessica was able to arrange for Calvin Cottar, the owner of Cottar’s Camp, to be our guide for part of the visit. Truly the trip of a lifetime.” - Mary G.
